La Fromagerie des Grondines produces artisanal cheeses. Le Grondines is a raw cow's milk and Le Grand 2 is a combination of goat (30%) and cow (70%). Ripened cheeses three months, are certified organic by Ecocert Canada. This certification guarantees that the milk comes from animals fed only with organic food.
