Moulin à Scie

Vintage: 2015

Alcohol : 12,5% alc./vol.

Harvest : Manual

Aging : 14 months in inox tanks

Formats : 750ml et 375ml

Variety blend: De Chaunac and Seyval red fruits, sherries and rasberries taste.

To be served at 12 Degrees

Pairs well with see foods, fishes, and cheese. You can drink it at any time as an aperitif. It is a must with the well known Neuville's corn.

Moulin à Grain

Vintage: 2015

Alcohol : 12.5% alc./vol.

Harvest : Manual

Aging : 15 months in inox tanks

Format : 750ml and 375ml

Variety blend: This white wine is a subtle blend of Vandal-Cliche, St-Pépin, Vidal and white Seyval. It boasts citrus flavours and limes with hints of smocky notes. Very well balanced, it displays a fresh attack  made up for by a fine length in the mouth.

 

To be served at 12 Degrees

Ideal with poultry, seafood and cheese. Can be srved as an apperitif.

L'Aube du Moulin

Available at the Domaine

Vintage: 2015

Alcohol : 18% alc./vol.

Harvest : Manual

Aging : 6 months in oak barrels

Format : 750ml and 375ml

Variety Blend: Red wine fortified with Brandy with plum aromas. Warms both heart and body.

 

To be served at 12 Degrés

Delicious with desserts. Strong cheeses and black chocolat will be well served.

 

Le Moulin à Carde

Available at the Domaine

Vintage: 2014

Alcohol: 12%
Harvest : Manual
Aging : 12 months. Malo-lactic fermentation in oak barrels.

Format : 750ml and 375ml

Variety Blend:  Maréchal Foch assembly. This red wine has a beautiful ruby red color. It offers a rich mix of black fruits aromas, and woody notes at the end.

 

To be served at 16 Degrees

Perfect with grilled red meat, game, cheese and italian meals.
